Six stages, in this order, every time

1. Stage 1

   Brief

   We sit with you, walk the site and write down what the building has to do.

2. Stage 2

   Design proposal

   Drawings, scope and a fee schedule, issued as a single sheet you can read in one sitting.

3. Stage 3

   Approval

   You approve, or you ask for changes. We revise until the drawing matches the brief.

4. Stage 4

   Mobilisation (30% to start)

   Thirty per cent of the construction sum puts materials and people on your site.

5. Stage 5

   Construction

   We build, and we post photographs and a note from site so you can see the week's work.

6. Stage 6

   Handover

   Keys, drawings, accounts and maintenance notes, assembled into one pack.

Questions we are asked

Why is mobilisation 30%?

Thirty per cent buys the first tranche of materials at today's price and pays the team that opens the site. It is stated in the agreement before you sign anything.

Can I build in stages?

Yes. We design the whole house, then build in phases that each leave you with something usable.

How do I follow the work from abroad?

Your Studio shows the building section, the week's photographs and every payment. We also send a Friday summary on WhatsApp.

Do you handle approvals?

We prepare the drawings and documents and walk them through with you. Statutory fees are paid by the client directly.
