You approve a written proposal and a clear agreement before mobilisation. If a budget is tight, we redesign the scope openly, we never quietly compromise the build.

We listen first. Your goals, your plot, your timeline, your budget, captured in a short digital brief you can complete from your phone, in your own time.

Design proposal
Concepts and visuals you can react to, with a transparent picture of cost. Our proposals are laid out like drawing sheets, one page, everything stated. Design work is mobilised with 70% of the design fee, it covers our whole design team, not just the architect.

Approval
Detailed drawings and a written scope you sign off. Nothing moves until you are comfortable.

Mobilisation: 30% to start construction
Once your design is approved and you are ready to build, a 30% mobilisation payment under a formal agreement secures your team and materials.
